Source for sandwich panels?

I'm having a hard time finding any local, or even state-side source for foam core sandwich panels. Fiberglass/FRP preferred, but I'm will consider aluminum too.

Suggestions? Indiana/Midwest?

The only source I found was Boulter Plywood in Massachusetts (https://www.boulterplywood.com/). Shipping would be exorbitant. I ended up just making my own using foam, epoxy, and 2mm okoume plywood. No vacuum bag (that would be best), just weights and a flat table. One advantage of making your own is you can use solid wood cores in places where you're going to attach things like hinges.

A bit steep. Me? I'll stick with building my own. Specific to the trailer's needs.

They're so easy to make and cheap to make. we do ploy and foam using $12.00 hardboard as a mold just look out for the expoy liers . No one makes them here to sell to cheap and easy to do your own . About $100 for 4.5 by 9 with 1'' foam with $50.00US setup to make

we have two 8 year old building pods
cut sides lay top on glue end caps . run 4'' wet layup on inside fell gap with can foam done with pod . pods under 200 lbs

to make the panel take hardboard wax 3 times. paint gel-coat after gel set one laider of 1.5 mat wet out with dollar store roller then 7 oz woven what makes it so strong. then wet layup with 1% catless 3/4 oz mat. shove foam input stepping stones on top. the next day take resin over top of the holes. You can tell if you have any voids then in side 1.5 mat 7 oz woven 3/4 mat that lip on side wall is made by 1.5 offset on your saw .any gap is filed with can foam

Kerdi board is available for order at many home centers including Lowe's, which usually seems the 1/2" thickness is in stock. A similar product is called Wedi board, carried by some tile/flooring shops and building suppliers. Both products are waterproof boards normally in 4x8 sheets available in many thicknesses, waterproof for wet indoor and outdoor building projects. https://www.masterwholesale.com will put either Wedi or Kerdi on a LTL truck and ship it to you as well - you can see the prices of these boards on their website.

Kerdi board . . . never thought of that! Do you know what the skin is over the foam? It certainly is light--7 lbs for a 4x8 1/2" panel. I wonder about the impact resistance though if not covered with tile (which it's designed to be).

As far as I know, Kerdi and Wedi are both a fiberglass mesh embedded in a polymer resin surface of some kind, Kerdi I think has a fleece on the surface to help anchor thinset, but it should be good for many bonding adhesives, for instance if you were going to surface with filon, laid up flberglass top surface, etc.
