California anyone got new plates for they're trailer in 2024

I am about to finish my second build Cross Bow. I am starting to look at getting plates for it.

How long did it take? I have not gotten a trailer plate since 2007.

Is it mostly on line? Did you need to take it to the CHP (Highway Patrol) for inspection.

any pointers?

it is a little rough there is so much, I have not finished. So when you see it be kind.
look for improvements over time, I have lots of plans. Several of my neighbors are contractors and have helped me keep from making mistakes.
I have plans for the galley, but first I have to ask the wife. For now it will look like a basic galley one shelf.
no electrify inside but I hope to impress over time.
All I need now is a plate that says I can come out and go camping for the first time in a long time.
