My trailer is a custom homebuilt and has everything other than the HWS that this trailer has and cost me about AUD$7000.

That is a lot of coin. I spent about $4500 building my woody but I don't have the fancy HWS, Aircon etc. There are people who will go for it though. Seems a decent design if you can afford it.
