It grabs me, because it is a piece of American History. Do you realize that the same metal that made that trailer was used on the P-40 Warhawk? Also this trailer was the forerunner to the Airstream!
This unit would be a welcome trailer at any vintage event.

I wrote this guy and he assured me that though the trailer is in need of serious TLC, that this 7'x12' beauty is roadworthy. This is just in case I want to drive out to Anaheim to pick it up. Which I may just do.

The seller is a well known trailer restorer and puts on the Vintage Vacations meets out here.

It's certainly an interesting trailer and the shape is very common in older European trailers. You get the headroom in the middle where you're most likely going to stand.

Hearing that the aluminum on it was used on the P-40 warhawk gives it a little more respect. I do like all airstreams and I guess that it is cool in its own way. I just dont think it is something I would buy.
