Welcome! If you look in the menu above you will find plans available to you. Also take a look at the design library. Alot of folks here on the forum have used plans from here to get their general design going and have made their own adaptations according to their needs and wants. Good luck with your build. Post lots of pics once you get going! :snappy: We love pictures here!

I hear tell that those 'Welcome gift plans' that Steve offered are pretty good plans. And what can be better than FREE? And welcome to the wacky world of teardrops. :applause:

Gage,

It was the least I could do (scrolling up and to the right several inches)

By the way, I've always wanted to tell you how much I have admired the profile of your tear drop. :D

I used Mike's Benroy plans as a basis for the construction method, but then designed the frame, cabinets and all the little details myself. If you have any creativity at all, I encourage you to add a little of "yourself" to the build, but Mike's plans that Steve linked to are excellent and fully comprehensive!

...if you truly feel you must spend money on plans, try the build manual from Steve Fredericks at Camping Classics http://www.steve-frederick.com/shopman05.html
...others have used the plans from Kuffle Creek http://www.kuffelcreek.com/ ...they are an acceptable choice as well...but PLEASE stay away from the crap generally available from eBay...............

Take a look at the free plans first. You'll get all of the ideas you need to start.

As you're building, when you get to places where you're stuck or confused, post a question (with plenty of pictures if you're able). You'll get some good ideas on how to proceed.
