My favorite is the po-up on a pontoon that is "floating" around (pun intended) on the Internet. It's do-able.

When I was little, my grand parents had a houseboat that was a pontoon boat with a TTT mounted to the deck. Later, the stove and sink from that boat ended up in an Apache popup that Dad and I refitted.
