Paha Que makes the covers for Little Guy. We have one for our Silver Shadow. It's really well made. There's a thread in the For Sale section of the boards - "Trailer Covers and Awnings by Paha Que" that tells you more. I'm fairly certain that they'll do custom work as well.
We moved to the TD after undergrowing our 2004 Fleetwood (Coleman) pop up trailer. (Kids grew up enough to not want to camp). We kept a cover on that one to keep the debris from the pine trees off of the roof. There were all kinds of warnings about using covers, and how that'd invalidate certain warranties. They apparently were concerned about trapped moisture and the plywood floors more than the roofs.
They should have been concerned about the roofs. Ours leaked. The economy tanked. The factory was sold, then shuttered for a couple of months. It took us over 18 months to get the new roof. We sold that trailer last summer and bought the TD in the fall. I saw last week that the factory closed outright.
My point here - even big name, well respected rv manufacturers have leaks. At least with the TDs, we realize that that could be a problem and we'll do what we can to prevent it, and if it happens, we can come on here and get advice from actual builders instead of assuming that we'd be protected by that big name manufacturer and the warranty. I suspect that the little manufacturers will go further to keep their customer happy than some of the bigger corporations. And as our situation showed, even if you ARE covered by the warranty, there's nothing saying that it's worth the paper it's printed on, if the company folds.
Prevention is key.
