This was a tough one; I think you'd be very happy with either. I voted for the Swiss Gear because it is nice to have the option of attaching walls or screen walls, or nothing at all.
We got our shelter from Sports Authority. It's a Summit Quik Shade and has vents in the roof, which should make it less prone to wind issues. We really love it. It's a really well built and light 10 by 10 and we just bought the Walmart sides and screens to save $. They fit fine, though they're not exactly the same color. When we've camped in the wind, the walls seem to stabilize the whole thing.
We've been using the walls a lot at gatherings, for some privacy. During the day the canopy's over the galley area, but we roll the teardrop back in under it at night and can thus have privacy for changing, getting in and out, etc. Works well.
