Am I going to regret this?

Postby bmacke » Sat Apr 16, 2011 10:49 pm

So, I ordered aluminum to skin the top of my teardrop. The thinnest 5x12 sheet they could me was .063. Anyone else had this problem? Am I going to have trouble working with this? Is it going to be too heavy?

Thanks for your input.

...many have used similar...and I think most of them are still alive :o ;) ...unless you have some very sharp bends, you should be just fine............

First time you get caught in a thunderstorm with hail...you'll be happy you "had" to go with the heavier aluminum.

Waiting for "someday" will leave you on your deathbed wondering why you didn't just rearrange your priorities and enjoy the time you had, instead of waiting for a "better" time to come along...

Oh no! Brian, it will never work. If you want I can come over to Lakeland and take it off your hands....

Steve, you're a true humanitarian. ;) Not many people would make such a sacrifice for someone else. It's bringing a tear to my eye.
