As posted here prior, a Contractor pal has had the Cam Lock Bar on his Cargo Trailer cut open twice at Job Sites. All his Electrical 'stuff' was cleaned out. ~$18k-worth in one case. A Battery-powered Grinder w/new Wheel does a number on anything on this Page, and on Chain:

Here in AZ it is legal to carry a concealed weapon , with out a permit. The law here is if your on your property and you fear for your life , from an intruder , you are justified in shooting them . If you are accosted on the street same thing goes.
The lawless element can't tell who is armed and who isn't, so they are less likely to to and seal stuff.
