I have a COBB grill.
They are nice, compact. Have to admit, haven't used for a while. Purchased COBB PRO a few years ago when the only option was directly from COBB.
The teflon grill cooking surface is peeling due to center heat from charcoal. Used to place meat directly on the teflon plate, which resulted in burned meat. Now I place roasting rack above the teflon plate, then grill. No more burned meat.
A few tricks I learned: add water to moat, easier to clean following use.
Vegetagles can be cooked in moat, my experience is it's a PITA to wrap in foil and curve in moat. Easier to wrap in foil and cook with meat.
