The people at the front desk are very helpful, and friendly, in a relaxed setting...but the guys in the warehouse in back are very rushed to fill orders. I know the pace can make you careless, and mistakes can happen, though never by me(I have been mostly in charge of Shipping/Receiving for years, at a major metropolitan newspaper). In person, they are also just as good as the guys up front. I have the luxury of picking out my parts there in person, being local, but must rely on the abilities of others for internet orders.
