I bought my scooter on Feb 29. They roll it over to March 1, and I think that's the same with babies..but I still tell my Dragon that it was her first birthday this year.... :)

It was my cousin's 12th Birhtday, how many people have been married, divorced, had 3 kids, and served in the military(not necessarily in that order), all before their 12th birthday, thinking he usually celebrates on the 28th.
If I could shut my brain off, I could save myself alot of time, money and effort.
