increased fuel prices are raising everything, I read the other day in the New York Times, expect close to $5 a gallon in parts of the country...sigh

Wonder if part of it could be seasonal pricing. I would imagine that there is not much demand for lanterns in winter, then raise the prices in late winter/spring because people will be buying camping equipment in anticipation of spring/summer. Wal mart seems to bounce prices around alot, I've noticed the same things that a product will be one price and a couple months later it will be a different price, and also one store will be one price and another store within 50 miles will be a different price. End of Wal Mart rant.
