Galley hatch repair

One of the last problems (as yet un fixed) with Compass Rose is the galley hatch which has never hung straight, will not stay closed and leaks, this in part from failing rivets attaching the hinge. The galley hatch and side doors were made by Challenger door and I finally really pushed, sent pictures of the problems and they have agreed to fix the problem so next Tuesday will head out to Indiana bright and early. Evidently they start work at 5AM and finish at 1PM (my bet is Amish workers). http://challengerdoor.com
We are pleased with the side doors on CR and there is an indication that the galley hatch was installed incorrectly.
