Our Home-Built Family Camper - How we built a 5x8 camper for a family of 5, using a utility trailer with an incorporated bunk bed for the kids. Here is the recap of the build from plain trailer to campground! Video with an original guitar soundtrack!

I wanted to emphasize this was a "family" project! The kids are very proud they helped build it!

Nice Video and music Alfred!

Your build was one of the first I started to follow after
I joined the forum. The video is a nice and easy way to
review/revisit the build.

Any other family projects in the works? May as well put
all that experience to good use again.

Hey All!

Thanks for the great feedback and support.

Hey Norm, part of me says my camper building phase is over and I should just retire to enjoy the camping (but there is this little voice in the back of my head that has this crazy idea I should build a small 4x8 little Vardo, similar to Deryk the Pirates...). As they say, more will be revealed...Who knows what may happen down the road!
