Can't be at the IRG????

The IRG is about to happen and for many of you, it's on the West coast and you will be unable to attend. However, you can be there in spirit....

We are going to do a lantern light up on Friday night 7/27 at 8:00 PM pacific standard time. We expect the light up to go for approximately 1.5 hours. If you have a lantern or 2 please light them up with us and be part of the event. It doesn't matter if it's gas, propane, or battery...as long as you are there in spirit.

This monumental light up will be dedicated to all those teardroppers/ campers that can't be with us and to our fallen friends and loved ones.

Silly....maybe, but it's a common practice in the lantern collecting world. We may be miles apart, but for those few moments, we are all together somehow. Please join us. Doug

I'll have my 2 white gas, 1 profane and 3 kerosene lit in the backyard and we;ll be with you in spirit, would sleep in the tear also but as the new one does not have the mattress in yet, I'll just sleep in comfort and a/c .

Dang it! I'll be on a plane to Portland at the time, they'd probably frown on me lighting a lantern....
