For me, and I suspect the majority; vintage is what is, to us, old.
Each person of a different age remembers things from their past.
Things they used, saw, remember. They recall what was old when they were young.
For me, simply because of my age, nothing newer than early 50's cars will ever be "antique or vintage".
That a 1964 Chevy is now 48 years old doesn't matter a bit, in my mind it will always be just an older car
For an 80 year old person, nothing newer than a 1930's car may ever be, to them, vintage or antique.
It is simply opinions.
No person or group is wrong when they choose a specific number, but neither are they right...it simply works for them under their circumstances/beliefs/interests.
