wELL CONGRATz sLOW !

Glad the first dutch oven dinner went so well ! It really give a guy(gal) confidence once that first D.O. meal is a raving success.


So total cooking time was a little over an hour ????

What internal temp did you shoot for ????



My first one was a london broil roast in a heavy stew on a cold cold January outing. It was drained to the pot seasoning and the last two guys were mopping out the gravy with slices of bread and butter. You never forget your 1st :roll:

BobHenry, Slowcowboy meat was so tasty by the time i go to it there was none left.
