Looks like just the first chapter.
The writer builds tiny houses and TDs for sale.

I do find their Fortune Cookie tiny house shape interesting, but I think I'd do the interior different. I also wonder if the vent for the heater is to close to the door. I do notice a lack of storage space in the designs, but if you read the chapter you will see he advocates getting rid of all you don't use regularly.
