A shout out to all

Postby George T. » Sat Dec 22, 2012 11:31 am

Greetings from Colorado!

Contrary to public beliefs, I am alive and well [for the most part..] and still hiding in Southern Colorado.

Life has been a little awkward lately, with the majority of it being consumed by work and obligations. It seems that the "have tos consistently out weigh the "want tos". I spend very little time on the discussion boards and find myself in the dark as far as the ongoing tide of teardrop news and events.

I wanted to take the time to say "Happy Holidays!", "Merry Christmas" and Happy New Year!" :P to all of my teardrop friends and family.

Mom is doing well, having celebrated her 91st birthday the beginning of this month. Still active and curious about the world. Say the word "teardrop" around her and she becomes "The Teardrop Ambassador". Extolling the virtues of teardrop trailers and regaling the listeners with her exploits into the world of teardrop trailers. Thanks to all who have made her part of the teardrop family.

Silence does not mean that all of you are not in my thoughts. Not a day goes by that memories of teardrop adventures with cherished friends come to mind. I look forward to future events, visits and get togethers.

To all of my teardrop family, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas George to you and yours. Your activities in teardropping along with a few others was key to my change to the teardrop lifestyle back in 2006. It is something that I have really enjoyed and Sheryl has enjoyed with me since 2010. Hope to see you down the road someday.

George!

Great to hear from you, my Friend! Glad to hear that you are (mostly) well ... sorry to hear that you are so busy with the "must do's" (like I can't identify with that!). Give Trish & Robin my best, please ... and I really hope you can find a way to make it out for the 20th Dam Gathering (it wouldn't be quite the same without you!).

Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year to you and yours! Do take care (and, please, drop me a line when you get a chance), Happy Trails, and as always ...
