Albeit, self-published, but Elizabeth C. wrote and published a book titled
The Teardrop Yearabout the teardrop she and her husband built. The preview I read on Blurb.com shows it to be informative, funny and well-written, spanning their decisions to build the darned thing through to its completion. It's more in depth than the thread she posted here and highly entertaining (so far) I think I'm going to buy a copy as an e-book for my iPad (but there's also softcover, hardcover, and pdf versions available). Kudos to you C-Dawg!

“When You're Alone”
When you're in the kitchen, you've got to behave
You don't put metal in the microwave
The knobs on the stove are “hands off” no doubt
And when you make toast, don't use a knife to fish it out!
When you're alone, when you're alone
You got to stay safe when you're home all alone.
When you're alone, when you're home all alone
You got to make sure not to die, or choke or burn the house down.
