General Discussion about almost anything Teardrop or camping related

New shop

Postby prohandyman » Tue Jan 22, 2013 5:41 pm

Thanks to all that have humbled me with their interest and purchases of my campers, I have today started the move into a new, larger shop. Still not quite as big as I would like , but small steps Ellie...small steps. Have more room to stock and store bulk material, separate wood working and finishing areas, larger assembly area, and room to grow. The Whetzeldorf continues to be very popular, but just today talked to a gentleman regarding a teardrop design. It was a tough decision to go into a rental property but hope it will be worth it. Been on the fence for awhile. No. 20 is ready to roll out the door so I guess it's time. Much of the popularity is due from this forum. Wlll post pics as move is complete.

Wow, it sounds like you found a nice little niche! Pretty soon you'll be as famous as Camp-Inn!!! Good luck! And yes, we are waiting for pics!

Mike...
The quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten, so build your teardrop with the best materials...

Congtrats on this next step. It should allow you to be
a little more efficient by not being 'in your own way' at
different stages. I do think you've found a niche in the
market and may it ever remain yours !

Cheers,

Congrats, Dan! I'm sure you'll make enough to cover your new expenses. Is the shop close to your house?
