Shower tent

I know this is a subject that has come up several times but i'm looking for a shower tent. Does anyone have one that they really like? Any I should stay away from?

Yep this one has been covered. It kind of breaks down like this. The small ones are less money and set up quicker and the bigger tents have more room and hold up better in wind.<< In a nut shell (very small nut shell)

yup, thats about it. I love my outback porta privy from www.beprepared.com. It has stood up well for two years, but I don't leave it up in the wind to take any chances, but it is simple to set up and take down, once you get the hang of it. And was pretty cheap at $66.

One thing I forgot to mention. If you're going to use the tent for a bathroom. You might want to get one you can tie down so you can leave it up over night if its windy

Be careful to get one that is vented at the top. Some of the cheap, hunting type pop-ups can get very hot fast!



This one seems to work well and reflects some of the heat. Don't know about shadows...

We like this one from Northwest Territory. The double wide with the extra changing room is worth a few extra dollars.... it keeps your clothes dry and makes it handier for two people to shower at the same time...

We use the same tent for the shower & toilet.

we got one from Wallyworld to use during the tub replacement in our house last summer, It is beefy and worked fine, ended up leaving it up all summer as a changing room for the pool. It will support a filled solar shower fine, just make sure it is secured with the side ropes.

We have one from Cabelas, I think it's about 4 X 4 feet, we use it as a changing room. Got it on sale a couple years ago, little less than $100 maybe. Bob

Bought one from Target, "Ozark Mountain" shower/toliet tent. 4 strong steel poles, attaches easily, has rain fly, plastic reinforced floor with venting & weep holes for water to escape. Has stood up fine in a torrential downpour & winds. Very roomy...Same as Rowerwet's above...
Paid $35

We have the side tent from Camp Inn. (Please excuse the poor picture of it.)



Pros:
-attaches to the teardrop
-solves the "where to put shoes question"
-allows teardrop door to be open for more air circulation
-large enough to use as a change room and potty room
-well made

Cons:
-expensive
-smaller and shorter than some
-won't fit some teardrops
-have to buy your own Texas A&M string lights for it

We have the 2 room Northwestern and works good for the porta potty but when we tried to use the solar shower the top ring broke and hit me in the back while showering. What we do now is just leave the porta potty in the ez-up and at night put the walls up.

I have the 2 room Northern Territory and I can't see how we could make it without it!!! We use one side for potty, showering and a water bowl for a basin, and the other side for dressing and storing our clothes.
We haven't battled any wind worth speaking of when we used it. Easy to set up (I set it up alone).
I'm trying to find an easy to set up tent with side walls option that can be up or down (once again that I can set up alone) to cover from the vent fan and the kitchen area.
