Lovely Assistant and I wanted something larger for longer trips. I thought about building a Widget or enlarging a teardrop profile to make it standy sized. Then Lovely Assistant gave me that "LOOK" and stated "YOU HAVE ENOUGH PROJECTS"

Soooo............
We found a 1979 Scamp 16' (13 'body) 'bout 10 minutes from our house ( right place, right time , right price)


Around these parts anything less than 35' is considered a "small" trailer.
How about in TnTTT land? Am I going to be dis-membered? Will Slow let us attend Walk the Winds 2014 ?

It's OK Will. As long as you keep your teardrop for those times you camp alone you should be fine.

Took me a few minutes to realize that someone didn't do a weird patch job on the roof: it is SNOW.
DH is currently lusting for a Casita.

Will, welcome to the dark side and it looks like a great acquisition. We changed from a teardrop to a 13 ft (10 ft box) Serro Scotty. It's kinda nice putting clothes on standing up and having somewhere to go when the weather is less than sunny. Have Fun!

We bought a CT13 Uhaul fiberglass camper a couple years ago. We took it south for the winter the last two years. Looked at a Scamp 16 last year but it was too heavy for our tow vehicle. Still own and use our teardrop, won't ever part with it. fiberglassrv.com is a site devoted to all fiberglass trailers. Not as friendly as here, seems to be a lot of controversy there, but also some good info if you can pick it out.

A 13 with a bathroom would be real small inside. Parkliner makes a nice 15' fiberglass camper. They've had some design issues and communication problems but they may have been worked out by now.

I wanted something a bit bigger, so I got my Cricket. A great decision as it turns out.
