Got a new tow vehicle

Postby fartblossom » Wed Sep 30, 2015 6:48 pm

Towing with my little car was fun, but so is this and the 350/350 doesn't even know the trailer is there. Going to venture out to some far away spots in this one in October. Looking forward to Copper Breaks state park near Vernon Tx. Supposed to be one of the darkest places in Texas. Need to go during a new moon so the stars are as bright as can be. :)

Dark skies, new moon? You must be an amateur astronomer. If so, what sort of gear do you bring with you?

I don't understand why posters don't check their posting. I guess he just doesn't care. Been a member for 3 years and still doesn’t have a gallery here where he could upload his pics and go from there. Probably doesn't even know how to create a gallery

Yep, you're a bunch of grumpy old farts. But as you can see from my name, you are my kind of guys.

As it turned out, I did check it. Google photos changed some sort of protocol recently and a method of posting that worked for years suddenly only worked if the viewer had a google account and was logged in. Sorry I didn't catch it here, I did on my car forum.

I've had to go back to the old photobucket for posting pics now. I'll throw up one pic for reference, and a google album link to see a gallery. Sorry dudes.

Every time I see these old trucks in great shape, I get jealous and, wish I had kept my 76 F150. I ran it to the ground, but I will bet it could have been cleaned up quite nicely. Great job.

Thanks Bob. Those were good looking trucks.

I think that is the truck that is featured on "Fear The Walking Dead" right now on AMC.
