As you know, I've been following your build to increase my knowledge base in case I ever decide to build a standy. I've pretty much understood - with your explanations and pictures - what you've done so far, but I have a couple of questions about your roof structure. I believe you're using 1/4" ply (or thereabouts) for the interior skin. What are you using for spars - 1x2 (flat on on edge), 2x2, etc.? How do you plan to build up the perimeter edges? Maybe by using plywood strips between the spars? (I believe that is how vintage trailers were built.)
