On my build today... it's too cold outside... so the plan is to poly the drawers in the basement...

Go tthe last of the stick frame glued onto the first wall just need to fit the insulation then stick the other side to it.

Got myself a leisure battery and tested my LED lights for inside, they look fab, Fitted hose and plug to the pump and tested the submersible pump and tap. all in all not a bad day.
Boys never grow in to men the toys just get more expensive and more dangerous

How true :)

Today I started applying the duraglass fiberglass body filler to the seams and external screw holes. Once it got too dark to work I went inside and started on a cabinetry plan in sketchup. Camping trip is scheduled for end of May. I'm beginning to wonder if the Command Post will be ready in time :(

Just keep slugging away at it Jeff....I'm in the same situation, have a trailer I want done for a June 6 event. I am "hell" bent to get it done on time, so get up way early on the weekends and try to stuff 3 days of building into 2. Sorta getting tired of that schedule though. A killer for me is having to take a long trip to pick up materials. You've got the right approach to it...if you can't do something, find something else to do...it'll happen, you just gotta make it happen. I make a punch list and cross off the items that need to be done, that way I see some progress as I go along, no matter how small it may seem. Doug

Well I still have snow so it's good to put it on the back burner for a while, I'm also assisting a long time friend with some legal battles so that is going to take the lead for a while, But when done I'm thinking that I should go full force for a while, I might get some assistance latter on when I need it but for now I just bide my time and read about all the excellent progress that everyone on here is doing

I talked to the shop that is installing my AC and electrical service. Best I can do until winter breaks and I can start working outside.

Cleaned up my garage and rearranged a few things to make it more condusive to building the trailer. My available work times over the next few months are gonna be a few random hours here and there so i want them to be as productive as possible. Hate to spend an hour of the two or three i might have searching for tools or moving stuff around to get at the trailer :FNP

Yesterday I shortened the tongue 10" on the "Slowmobile" to fit it in closer behind the new TV. Today I have the "Woodybago" in the shop. Repacked the bearing and checked the brakes. Then I re coated some of the trim with Helmsman. I may do the sides again as long as I have it in there.

Mike
You could save money by filling up your vehicles with gas every day!
I hear Wyoming has the cheapest gas in the country. :R
Our gas started creeping up in price since last week......95 cent/gal increase in a week.
Bringing it up to $5.94 / gal. for Regular! You need a second mortgage to buy Premium.

That's probably the stuff that is watered down with Ethanol and gives poor mileage.
