Wow, thanks for all the support and kind words everyone! It has been such a fun and rewarding project...

To answer a few questions-

The outer edge of the door when open is 6'4", so even at 6'1" I have enough room to stand straight up. My fiance Mina is in charge of making the privacy tents which will probably velcro to the doors.

My galley lid support is an idea I had at about 3am the night before I left for our first camping trip. I was having a very difficult time coming up with something unique, and my original idea of gas struts wasn't going to work with my cabinet design. It's not quite done yet, but solves the problem of wind-gust worries. I'll post a close up pic soon.

The cooler slideout was made possible by finding an incredible deal on KV 28" 500lb capacity slides that were pulled out of a marathon coach battery bay. These are serious slides.

Well done #2 son!!! We knew you could do it! :D  :applause:

Mom and I look forward to going on lots of camping trips with you and Mina. Knowing you, as soon as your done with this one, you will start another with even more innovations.

Keep up the good work! See you in a couple of weeks on the Oregon coast.

Thanks pops! Let's go camping again before the weather turns!

Mary K, I'll do the happy teardrop dance once I find new wheels/tires and tie up all the loose ends for good. But then I'll dance my socks off.

Well, my pants use to hang off my butt 10 years ago, but I got sick of my pockets being so far away!!

Thanks for the kind words! I just bought new wheels and tires today, and will swap them out sometime soon, then I'll build new fenders and add lower trim to cover up any exposed trailer frame...

Sawyer, Heck your tear was already great looking and now you are going to doll it up some more.

Question for you, when you have your bikes loaded on the back, can somebody behind you actually see your tail lights?

Whenever we get together, you can look at my teardrop as much as you want, but don't forget to let me explore yours too.

Great question! I wish I had an answer! I'm going to assume they are visible enough through the wheel spokes to be safe, but next time I load them up like that, I'll pay a little more attention just to be sure...
