Hi there, As long as you can sleep on a queen length bed, you can fit it into a teardrop design pretty easily. Ours is a 4' tall by 10' long and 4.5' wide to fit a full extra long mattress. I'm 6'2" and my wife is 5'7" tall. We just got to the point to put the mattress into the almost finished cabin and it's going to work out great. Because of the design we have a full galley.

Cheers,

Dave

Excellent point Doris

I'm 6'4+, my wife is 5'2 +/-,(more - than +) I made mine a 5 wide 80" long (queen size mattress), it works out fine.
Be careful "over-customizing" your build, when you start on your 3rd build, you want to be able to sell the first one for funding the others. ;)
Good luck on your build.

Good point I will just make this one generic and then future ones I will customize a little more. Might not go the full 80 inches as that leaves almost no space in the galley but I could probably get away with 75 inches.
