Yeah, but... They are only able to maintain at most 35ish degrees difference between inside and outside. Also I've never seen them anywhere near as well insulated as the 5 day plus coolers.

True, but then that means the contents would stay above freezing for temperatures above 0 F. If that is not warm enough, then we are into a whole different situation.
