a couple of pieces of large radii PVC and a couplers for the base of the PVC can be used as inexpensive stabilizers (Use some spacers for fine adjustments) :) :

I have jacks on mine and use them only about half the time. etrailer has a pretty good selection and price. If you are being extra thrifty you can sometimes find small car jacks for under $5 bucks at yard sales or swap meets/flea markets each and use them if necessary.

Had a pair in the back and just didnt work. one thing i didnt take into account was that my frame is higher than the average trailer. took it camping leveled and just felt like i was going to snap the tongue jack off. really wobbly, so i moved teh jacks to the front. still too high but i put a couple of pedestal down and kept the leg extension short and it worked better. they are spring loaded and are loose so i still have some wobble. when extened all the way out i wory that they too will snap. however the pedestal did get knocked over so need to find a way to secure them when in use.
