The first Waffle dogs I made had sausage and bacon in them. Put two heat and serve sausages on a stick then wrap with bacon and cook until the bacon is done. Then put batter in the iron, drop in the meat-ona-stick and put a little more batter over it and close it up and flip it over. cook until done and enjoy.

Spring only just peeked out from around the corner today, and I'm afraid I've got a lot to do before camping season :(
