Here are some interior pictures. I think everything is original. The (Coleman) stove works and so does the heater. The fridge runs but does not get cool. That may be a problem. The Luci and Desi beds in the back have reclining backs. They were covered with a sheep skin and when I tore that off there are 2 different fabrics on the beds. I believe the bed on the left in pic 3 is original. It's a corduroy, with a southwest theme. But I could be wrong. The walls are a pale green and flaking in some spots. They will get repainted. Carpet will come out and some kind of tile or vinyl will go down. I need to see what it had originally. Table drops down to make a second sleeping area.

Steve,

Very Nice!

Thanks for looking, I knew when I first saw it I wanted it. But it seemed so big. Well I guess coming from a 9' teardrop it is big. But being able to pull pants on in the morning by standing up will feel good. Now I just need to figure out what to do first. It misses fitting in my barn by about 4-5". So today I went to see if I can get another panel and make my 8" door a 10" door. Sure would be nice to keep it inside.

That's amazing!

Is it one-skin thick or does it have an exterior interior with insulation?

Tony, the inside is constructed the same as the outside with aircraft aluminum and all riveted.. There is a frame work with insulation between the layers. There is also a full belly pan under the trailer. So with all metal walls and a full skin underneath it makes running new wiring a challenge.

What an epic project this will be!

Lots of work, but doesn't look too tough. Have fun with it. You're going to have a very special, and quite valuable vintage trailer when you are done.

Good luck!

I have to say I am exited and relieved to finally get it. But when all was said and done the old owner knew he was never going to use it again. He could see I was going to give it a good home. Now I just need to add 2 ft to the height of the barn door so I can get it under cover.

Congratulations Steve,

What a great ol' gal you have there! She looks pretty intact too. I can't wait to see what you do with her.

All the Best,
