I've already got some alterations already in progress, so no "trailer" wish list, but I think my trailer is asking me (or Santa) for an off-road capable tow vehicle....

Staci, lol, perhaps someone in the great state of MI can help you! Are you still sleeping in the trailer? Got to be getting cold!

Staci Have you considered a bi-fold counter mounted on the side of your camper under the window. Just pull out turn some clips and wipe the road grime off.It could be make to match the camper. Just a thought.
As for me I am thinking a GPS a cellphone is ok but it is not always in service. Unless you guy know of a android app with a downloadable US map.

LOL nevadatear. I may know a guy :R And no, no longer living from The Glampette full time. Though sometimes I miss her. I really enjoyed the months I did.

And that's a good idea KennethW. Though I may have to play with my idea more. The beauty of it would be that it could be a slide-out out the window when placed on the countertop or a slide-out desk when I'm inside on the mattress. Will have to think about it harder. Would be nice to have something that pulls double duty like that.

I was thinking the other thing that would be nice to have for the trailer would be a 0º sleeping bag, in bright yellow to match my fenders of course. Those 28º nights would have gotten cozier faster out in the truck stop parking lots if I'd had one last year.

0 deg sleeping bag or a old school quilt. Just sleep over it when it is warm and under when it is cold. Just a thought!

Santa came early for me today. :applause:
We were having a car club garage tour today, and while I was showing off my new teardrop project "Kermit" one of the participants asked if I had a rear window for the 47 Fleetline Aero Sedan body.
When I told him it was the only thing that I was missing! He said he had two at his garage that I could have when we got there.
Sure enough.....he had exactly what I needed.
Things are all coming together nicely!

MtnDon, I have to say I want a WET winter, specifically a snowy one, so we can be a little less paranoid about fire in the warm spring. (And DD and I can maybe go skiing while DS snowshoes to his heart's content. We haven't done that in a couple of years.)

Gas struts for the hatch. That 2x4 I've been using for a prop is kinda tacky looking. Also, it's a 40 lb. lift, although I could use the exercise. :)
I'll burn that bridge when I come to it.

A buyer for one teardrop so that I could afford to travel in the other. :)

Almost bought this retro looking microwave last year for $100 plus dollars. Found it the other day at Sams for $44. I couldn't resist.

Love that microwave! Have to ask,---- did you decoupage those images on the inside of your hatch door, or are they behind Plexiglas and movable. Either way---looks great

I'd like SantaBob to make different cabinet doors for the tear's inside storage area. The sliding ones get stuck and are a pain to move back and forth. Other than that, can't think of anything right now

Nice Vedette!

And love your microwave JohnnyG

KennethW I have a small down comforter and an old cheap sleeeping bag. I'd really like to warm up just a little more quickly and easily on cold nights.

I realized I also do need a Dutch oven. To be clear, not the kind where someone puts a blanket over your head and passes gas, the cast iron kind from Lodge :frightened: :R:

Thanks. Those are some old postcards etc "Mod Podged" on. Some are just stickers from various places.
