Hi Randy
Read your thread over on the North West.......and am extremely jealous.
We have another commitment or I would be tempted????
Great to hear there is some activity in your end of the woods this early in the camping season.
We expect a full report. ;)
Have fun!

Hey Brian!
How's the new build going??

We have just started brainstorming our spring, summer and fall camping plans and are getting excited about the possibilities!

We know we won't be able to do the Hwy 20 crawl since that is during the beginning of the school year. Sounds like it will be an amazing trip.

Looking forward to the Farm gathering and the possibility of meeting up with you both before then too.

cheers!

So Glad to see you back! :applause:
Just sent you a long PM.

We just got on the TJ Gathering Calendar and Grant has us on his list here, along with Marrianne including us in the T.O.W. Schedule.
Sorry you will be unable to attend the "First Fall Craw" ......Yes, we hope to make it an "Annual TJ Event" also. Taking a different route every Fall!!!
Please keep posting here to let your friends know what your Gathering or Camping plans are.... as you guys are so much fun to camp with!!!!
We will see you at the Gorge if not before??

We're planning on the Farm Gathering along with the Highway 20 Crawl ( as well as most other stuff, being retired, childless, dogless).

So once again, Hi Randy
Sorry........my last reply was sent from a borrowed tablet that I only had a few minutes of time from our hotel in Costa Rica???
Yes, Sandi and I slipped away for a couple of weeks of "None Teardrop" vacation time! ;)
But, we arrived home today and plan to get back to work on Kermit......as well as solidifying travel plans for the upcoming "Teardrop Camping Season"
Are you coming to the Dam Gathering?
If so.....will it be directly from the Gathering you are trying to plan for the 24-26th?
Who else from the NW will be heading that way with you?
Will you be travelling Hwy. 395?
For those doing both weekends......Who would or could consider coming a little further West for this Gathering??
Because I am not familiar with exactly where your proposed location is????? I am not sure if I am asking too much???
Who else could join in if we were as far over as Hwy. 97 (continuing on to the Dam or Not?)?

Hey Vedette. I am sorry to say but I will have to skip the Dam Gathering. I need to get some time in at work. The Hoodoo You Do is about all I had better plan for.

I also just got off 3 days of Jury duty. That was a new experience for me. But paid just a little more than a Bangladeshian garment worker.

The camp is north of Jordan Valley Oregon. in the Southwest corner of the state on US Highway 95

Empty corner fo Oregon

Will see, never know what might happen but right now I am only planning for that Friday-Sunday. Others can come earlier or stay later.

Right now Rob, and Loren and Claudia have said they are coming.

When we get closer and we are sure about some coming someone getting there a day early and grab some sites might be handy. So long as they do not get in a confrontation or something. It is a free, first come first serve camp.

Thanks Randy
I checked out your link and it gave me a much better idea of what and where we were talking about? :NC
Just a little too far to drag the folks we were meeting from the "Coast"....but certainly in line for anyone coming from the East on route to the Dam to meet up with us farther down in Oregon on Monday or Tuesday???
Which would certainly add to your numbers!
I will follow your plans on your other thread which you have dedicated to this event.
Good Luck with it, and wished we could have joined you.
We will certainly look forward to meeting up with you another time.

I figured it would be out of your way. See you down the road later.

We will let any one else in who is going to the Dam Gathering. We do not hold a grudge about them.

Lots of Great News today! :applause:
We received more confirmations for the Farm Gathering........looks like it has established a solid spot on the Td Camping Schedule. We now have confirmed participants from 5 States and 2 Provinces.
There is lots of room so the more the merrier!
An Official Registration form and possibly a posted participant list will be listed under the British Columbia Section of the Forum.
Next the "2015 Fall Crawl" ....I talked to Ted Hoefer (PNW & B.C. TJ Chapter member) today. Ted is co-ordinating campground facilities for the 3 first nights on the West Side of the Cascades. Other TnTTT an TJ Forum members have been in contact over the past week, indicating their intention to participate in, we hope will be the first "Annual" Crawl here in the Great North West! So far we have participants coming from as far away as San Diego
Finally...I have received confirmation of 3 new PNW Tear Jerker Members today. Our first group communication will be sent out with the updated "Membership Roster" within the next few days.
So.....If you want to be added to our Roster, just PM me! ;)
Camping season is rapidly approaching!! :campfire:
