Congratulations, Mike!

It looks comfy with lots of room! (I still like the dedicated potty room!)

Mandy: Rope lighting is a great addition!!! This is the second time we've used it, and we really like it.

Miriam: No weight yet.

Sharon: We really like the porta potty room. We just need a bigger porta potty! :o

Mike,

You may have already considered this other one as an alternative. This one swivels, locks in place, and maybe to the 45 degree angle that your porta potty sits.

Interestingly, I have seen the one you pictured in a T@DA installed with a shower pan underneath. I am going to call Duo-Form Plastics to see if I can identify the exact shower pan. Perhaps even a tad bit shorter.

Well we didn't have much luck trying to get the cassette toilet, so earlier today we ordered a Thetford Porta Potty. The Thetford has a dump spout that should make dumping it a whole lot cleaner and convenient.

Hi Mike,

The thetford is the one we have. it is very easy to clean. we love ours. got it from Sportsman's Guide many years ago.

one thing we don't do is put the water in the unit for flushing. the little thingy you push down to flush would leak just a little clean water and it drove me nuts. soooooooooooo we carry an old laundry detergent jug that we fill with water and just pour in the toilet to "flush"... easy to refill, and gets the bowl cleaner.

TK,
Have you tried calling Thetford, and letting customer service know what is going on with your leakage. Perhaps they may extend a little courtesy customer service with whatever you need to replace. We have the same Thetford porta potty, with the manual flush plunger. Ours has no problems so far.
