Too funny about sleeping under the covers as that is exactly what she does!
Yep, she's a cutie too. Note the small light colored spot on their right front legs.

Oasis Maker wrote:A PET POD NOW BECOMES A DUAL PURPOSE CARGO CARRIER TOO! WHILE IN ROUTE, IT'S MOUNTED ON TO YOUR REAR HITCH AS A CARGO CARRIER. AT YOUR CAMPSITE, YOU REMOVE IT FROM THE REAR HITCH AND SLIDE IT FLUSH RIGHT INTO YOUR SIDE-HITCH, CENTERED UNDER THE DOOR. (No need for those leveling jacks anymore or storing this in the back of your tow vehicle.)
I've always loved this PetPod and it would really be sharp mounted on the back in transit too. Just finish the enclosure off with a same shape front panel that will slide up and out through slot brackets and tension clamps, etc (easy). Have the removable panel face the back of the tear when mounted to the rear hitch. Stick a license plate holder on the back of the PetPod and this person has a very custom look while on the road too with their own cargo carrier. At the campsite just remove the PetPod, slide the removable front panel up and out, and slide the PetPod onto your door hitch. (I'd mount a handle somewhere on on the PetPod too.)
Now everyone has a way to accommodate their dog no matter what size their tear (or dog) and have extra storage to boot.
You've just experienced another "side-hitch moment".
Thoughts?
