That unit is a 'one hose' portable A/C. The bad thing about them is they exhaust the hot waste air through the hose to the outside. That air needs to be replaced by having leaky construction or a window cracked. So hot ait enters.
The best portable units have 2 hoses, an intake and an exhaust. That prevents the introduction of hot air to the interior.
I have not tried one of these in a TD or small trailer myself. I have used a 2 hose portable in a small cabin (16x30) and it worked fine there. Many reports of unhappiness with the performance of a portable A/C can be found here on the tntt forum. That's why so many opt for the 5000 BTU window mount type.
