Dean and James

I am coming to the US the first week of next month. My wife wants to go to Lake Charles and gamble a little bit. So, we go.

My son has been know to not get things done, he is busy, as can be, when he returns to work. Has to make up for the time he spends down here with his wife and kid.

I will ship the stove myself in a couple of weeks. I hope that will be OK as you guys have indicated. It always is easier to do it yourself, rather than ask someone, even your kid.

Thanks
kai

Oh, I meant to get back to you on that avatar question...

I think you are one of the very very few people here who knows how to make an animated avatar.

Funny you guys should ask. (Cause you might be asking the wrong person)
When I decided to make my own website,(Didn't know squat about computers) I bought a program called FrontPage, which also included Image Composer. Image Composer has a GIF Generator. What you do is load the images (reduced to the correct size) created in Image Composer, in the sequence you want and set the time values for how long each image is displayed. Don't ask me about the HTML way, (If there is such a thing) Did I mention that I don't know too much about computers.
I've had a lot of comuter people say that FrontPage is not a good way to go, if your considering building a website. Many of them reccomend a program called DreamWeaver.
I sort of cut my teeth, learning how to use a computer, when I made my website. It was very hectic at first, because I didn't know how to use the software either. If my memory serves me correctly, I think I took my old computer in about four times to have stuff reinstalled, that I inadvertantly deleted when I would get stuck or frustrated. Deleting "Drivers" is not good. (can make the damn thing not opperate)

More Pictures!

Postby JamesW » Tue Aug 31, 2004 10:39 pm

Okay! Here are some more pictures. I have the bench seats and table built. The battery box is temporarily placed where it will go. I also have the front window in place with the framing. The window is not screwed in. It was broken in shipment and the company is replacing it. I also have not skinned the area around the window. I want to get the replacement window first. I also have placed the linoleum on the floor under the table. I have not glued it yet.
