I visited this retailer. I was curteously shown around. As I asked more questions, the atmosphere turned to indifference (I was asking to see different alu./steel models). After about 10 minutes, the salesman went back inside.
When I was done looking around, I returned to the office and asked the salesman if I should talk to him or Mike. I was told to wait for Mike, who was "almost done" talking to another customer. After waiting 15 minutes, I left.
The type of trailer I was looking at was at the very bottom of the heap of what they sell (price-wise) and I had the impression the first salesman (not Mike) thought I wasn't worth his time.
Their trailers are very well constructed (using torsion), very light (starting at 210#), but pricey (for me). Visiting them convinced me that Harbor Freight was more in line with my budget.
The bad news is I have been told by H/F (called yesterday), that my ordered trailer may not get here for another 3 weeks. I will be on an extremely tight schedule if that is true....
