We have curtains made of material from Doug H. with our favorite pattern of Moose in the Forest. This scene fits our territory very well. Also it goes very nicely with the mahogany interior

I am really happy with the way my curtains turned out. I made them with left over fabric from the quilt. They are tab tops with patchwork trim along the edges and bottom to match the pillow covers. I made the curtain rods from simple dowels with some bird house christmas tree ornamants I found at the craft store that I drilled a hole in the side to accept the dowel. They are attached to the tear with a neat fastener I found in the close out bin at the hardware store. They are two little flat pieces with a three prongs, the center one sticks out a little and you mount one on the door and one on the back of the birdhouse/rod holder. they then interlock by sliding together and it makes a very flat attachment. Velro would have worked too.
