If we are supposed to be voting on actual efficiency, to really judge that, don't we need to actually use each galley for a bit? :lol:

I mean so and so's galley might look nice, but how do we really know it's efficiency from looking at pictures.

I figure a weekend with each kitchen might suffice. :twisted:
