The OP commented on a 24 ft Toy Hauler conversion. My opinion is just that but here it is.
I've been reading and learning from this forum for a while. From my perspective that 24 footer probably fits perfect. It's not exactly 24 ft after you load up a couple of toys,so it's a camp trailer designed by an owner who has the same space limitations as a TD or TTT.Making use of techniques learned here and shared by very nice folks to build a trailer, whether it be a 3X3 or a 24 ft, is why I come here.I'm still planning but I learn from all builds, sometimes it's just how to "NOT" do something but it's still helpful.People here probably have a better understanding of how to put 8 bunks,a kitchen, and have them moveable or adjustable enough to still fit the toys is what TD and TTT folks do.A RV dealer would just say"you need at least 32 ft to do that".The people here would list a dozen different ways for the builder to meet his goals. They would want to be helpful to a fellow(that means you ladies also) camping enthusiast, give them suggestions, encouragement and praise, all things needed to support a project.
Most people here a specific goals when they build. They made need handicap access,a porta-potty(to keep momma happy),room for 4(or more),light weight for a small/light TV,or any number of things.I've always noticed the members here trying to be helpful.I don't think any of them should have their talent, outside the box thinking or good nature waiting for a place to be helpful and friendly and not find it.
Just my opinion and worth exactly what it cost ya.
