Thanks for the information Bruce. Really appreciate. Maybe for my next build someday. Looks like a fun project.

At this point and given I already have a float gauge in my gray water tank, I'll just cut another hole on top of the fresh water and insert the float gauge.

I bet you could add the floats and use a multipole rotary switch so that you only need one gauge to read tank levels.

I could for sure, but since the sending unit and gauge come as a set, I will just use both gauges. Going to mount the FW Gauge by the Pump Switch on Appliance stack. Already have the GW Gauge mounted on the water heater pipe cover in the bathroom along with the switch for the GW Tank Heating Pad..

Two weeks ago we found this in the trash at Catalina State Park AZ, and I finally set it up to see why it's trash

168794

Looks good enough to use...for something, anyway. Don't think we need another camp kitchen table, but ya never know. Must have seen its share of camping. A few of the aluminum support braces are broken, but I could replace those with aluminum strap, drill out the rivets and replace with screws.

Evidently, there used to be a storage net under the table, but that's missing. The thing even had set up directions taped under the table (aka: inside the storage case)

168796

Was supposed to have two brackets to hold a grill, but there were four, so the previous owner must have picked up an extra pair somewhere. They also added some after market rubber to them with double sided tape that has now deteriorated

168795

Looks as useful as many of the things we have in our bins of camping gear. :ok:

Tom, it's amazing what some throw away as trash. ;)
Years ago we found a 10 ' x 10 ' EZ up awning, frame and canvas laying next to a dumpster in a camp ground.
Curious me, picked it up, took it to the camp site. It had two rivets that had popped out. Fixed with a couple bolts and nylon nuts
from a assortment kit I carry camping for just such things.
Have been using it ever since. 3 maybe 4 years now..
So  up on the find.
Stay safe, David

Today I made some repairs on the banister for the (outdoor) steps up to our cabin, that suddenly came loose this morning. I believe the carpenter who built those steps is now doing school bus conversions somewhere in Texas... :frightened:

Today, I watched this. I do hope you guys can see this wherever you are in the world.
I had read that the president of Ukraine was a comedian before he was elected.
Today I stumbled across this series "Servant of The People".
I've only watched the first episode, but seems to me he sure is a funny bastard. This is classic.

Installed new drums and brake kit on my axle. When I ordered the trailer they wouldn't add brake kits to the 5' wide trailer. not sure why but Dexter had all the parts I needed and took an hourish to do. Now to run wires and hook up to the block.
