This is one of those trailers that was built and was so expensive that they didn't build many or for long.

Just came across another Rare one on ebay # 130369175115

Not quite as old but still an important piece.

There were lots of New Company's that built excellent quality Trailers that were ahead of there time and failed.

Either to pricey or to radical.

Happy Trails

Its at $10,000 with 8.5 hours left reserve not meet. Wonder how high it will go? Really sharp design, I tottally love it, but out of my price range.
Thanks for sharing this with us. The design gets my imagination goeing.

A friend of mine, Kevin, has put together a very nice site detailing Aero Flite trailers for anyone that may be interested.

Oh that is beautiful. Both really but I love the curved glass on the front.

You ott to see it up close. Talk about Art Deco. There should be two of them at the Pismo Beach Rally in a couple of months. Me, I'm hopping to have the Lil' Field & Stream presentable by then. If not, I'll take the two teardrops.

I know this post is old, but I had to chime in.
That exact 47 Aero Flite will be delivered to my house within the week for a complete restoration. It still looks the same as it did when it was sold on eBay back when. And If you have seen the interior pics, you know I have my work cut out for me.
Len, the owner of the Aero is also the owner of the Holiday house you posted, and No doubt the Holiday House will find it's way to my shop in the near future.
This is what happens when you build a teardrop trailer. Work, Work, Work. I'm a lucky guy
