Nice profile from Germany - What is it?

Found this on a German web but no real info. Nice combination and nice little profile. ;)

The car looks like the one from the chase scene from "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade"... ...I like it too...

The trailer looks like the "Streamline Midget" from the Plans section.

Sorry to say, but this is a Belgium design. Not everything coming out of Europe is German made.
