Waved goodbye to the myPOD today

Postby SonofT@B » Mon Mar 07, 2011 3:57 pm

Well folks, I sold my little myPOD today to the first guy who responded to my Craigslist ad. I will miss her but I still have my T@B. Hopefully you won't run me off the forum.

Terrible thing is I was searching Craigslist this afternoon for possible trailers for my own build...I must be crazy! Thanks for all the good info I've gotten here. I look forward to a lot more.

If I do build it will be larger than a 4 x 8 and a unique little camper although there are so many great ideas here probably nothing I could build would be unique.

Mike what prompted you to sell the myPod? What will you do without it?

I bet that was a hard thing to see your baby leave. :( At least now you'll have the money to start another build. :)

OH! Mike the shame of it all..........sold, as in gone?

You did tell the new owner about us didn't you?........ well did ya?

Really glad you sold it so quick and to a good home,

I once had a pop-up I was selling, a couple showed up and before I could get the beds out he started pulling on one and had it all crooked and just kept yanking, all the while saying they were seasoned campers that they used a friends pop-up and knew all about them.

when they tried to low-ball me I raised the price they said "that's more than before" I said "I told you the price and you cut it in half wasting my time so I raised the price to compensate for wasted time:.

I would not have sold them the trailer, it did go to a nice young couple who said if I wanted to ever borrow it I could.

I like the TAB trailer it won't hold my mobility scooter so if and when I build it will be a Cargo Trailer.
