Dear All,

Serenity is when you have a teardrop problem and someone you trust to help you solve it quickly and successfully. For me that go to person has been Gus Marquadt (earmarquadt). He has always brought a keen mind, great research skills, and an engineers discipline to bear on any question I have posed him. Some of these problems have been doozies. Thank you, Gus and I cannot wait for you to join us at gatherings.


And we both like going to Costco for lunch.
