iPad app for this forum?

I've been checking out the new forum layout with my iPad. Several times I have had a message pop up telling me there is an iPad app for this forum. Is that true, or is some third party trying to get me to spend money on something I don't need?

Duane, I think someone is trying to get you to spend. I only use my iPad and haven't bought anything to make it operate. Unless they are talking about the tapatalk (whatever it's called).

And if it is Tapatalk, it isn't free, but it is a slick litle program. I use it on my iphone and switch back and forth between tapatalk and safari on my ipad.

Got the same popup on my Samsung Tab 10.1, but did not choose to buy it. The forum works just fine without it.

I also got the popup on my android phone for the tapatalk ap. Works fine in the browser, so don't really see a need for the app.
